Payment

We use a safe and secure payment processing company that goes through Paypal. Please feel secure in knowing that that you do NOT need a Paypal account to pay for your items through the website. Once making your payment you will have the option of using your already established account, or simply paying with your preferred credit card as you would at any other retail establishment.

Shipping

Shipping is done through the United States Postal Service. Expedited shipping is available for an extra charge. All stocked items will be shipped within 2 business days of purchase.

Custom orders will be shipped upon completion and will be sent Priority Mail with shipping insurance and confirmation. Please note that special orders can take additional time, particularly if materials need ordered. For this reason, it is best to inquire as early before your event as possible in order to receive them in time.

Refunds and Exchanges

All items are handmade and packaged with care. We take pride in making sure they are of the best quality possible and function properly before hand packaging. Because of this, you should never receive a defective item. However, should a defect arise, please contact us for an exchange. Exchanges are only permitted on defective merchandise. Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
